This page provides you with an easy way to track your orders for pickup or delivery.

  1. After submitting your order in the checkout page you will receive an email with your PO# and account login to track your order.
  2. LOGIN to your account. Once you are logged into your account on this page you can track your order and shipping details in real time!

Our Return Policy

Lost or Stolen Shipments
heyCountry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered top the address entered for an order.
Upon inquiry heyCountry will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Refund or Exchanges
All sales are final we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or coupon discounted items.

In-store rebate (If Applicable)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved you will receive an in-store coupon.
